about

B minor is the saddest key. Largo and minor, the opposite of what love means to me. Because love was broken.

The piece uses approaches to chord tones. It also encrypts a special message to future listeners. This is a fugue, with all four voices eventually entering with a statement of the theme. The fugue theme and the counterpoint are all derived from upward or downward approaches to notes. Very special notes.
